AgileEngine is seeking a QA/Support Engineer to author and QA AI-driven automations for healthcare workflows, executing high-volume tasks with accuracy, and maintaining structured documentation. This is a 3-month contract with potential extension, requiring fast ramp-up and meticulous attention to detail.

You will collaborate across product, engineering, and QA teams using GitHub, Slack, and JIRA, delivering reliable automation and operations support while maintaining high quality.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of technical or software-adjacent experience.
• Experience authoring and QAing AI-driven automations against defined healthcare workflows.
• Fast ramp-up time and strong attention to detail.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools such as GitHub, Slack, and JIRA.
• Upper-intermediate English level and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and documentation for healthcare automation initiatives.
• Execute high-volume, repetitive automation tasks with accuracy.
• Contribute to improvements of core applications and internal tooling.
• Create structured technical and process documentation for ongoing operations.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and QA teams via GitHub, Slack, and JIRA.
