Job summary

Arine is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer (Individual Contributor) to shape the end-to-end quality strategy for our core web app and backend services. You will design risk-based tests, build scalable automation, and collaborate with Engineers, Product Managers, and the QA Manager to raise product reliability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Quality Engineering for distributed systems.
• Experience building scalable test automation frameworks.
• Experience with performance, load testing and security concepts.
• Testing modern web frontends and microservices.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute risk-based test strategies for complex features.
• Build robust automated test frameworks to increase coverage.
• Develop AI-assisted tooling to modernize testing workflows.
• Maintain automated quality gates to prevent regressions.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor other QA engineers.
• Sign off on releases ensuring data and UI integrity.
