Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Students entering their Junior or Senior year at the start of the upcoming academic term.
• GPA of 3.0 or above; transcript may be requested during the application process.
• Ability to work onsite in Decherd, TN.

Responsibilities

• Support the installation and commissioning of a new dynamometer test cell for the 5-in-1 motor project.
• Assist with testing and validation activities for current and future powertrain programs.
• Help develop and execute quality assurance plans for assembly and testing operations.
• Participate in equipment capability studies, runoffs, and validation efforts to ensure quality and operational readiness.
• Analyze test results and support troubleshooting activities to improve product quality and process performance.
• Collaborate with quality, engineering, manufacturing, and maintenance teams to support project success.
