Qualifications

Enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in Engineering or a related technical field.
Junior or Senior year at the start of the upcoming academic term.
GPA of 3.0 or above; transcript required during application.

Responsibilities

Support efforts to improve maintenance procedures and best practices for facility and building systems.
Develop, implement, and commission projects that positively impact safety, quality, cost, and delivery objectives.
Assist with setting up and maintaining critical spare parts within CMMS.
Track, analyze, and improve KPIs related to facility operations and business objectives.
Participate in expense planning, capital planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
