Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous supervisory experience or experience leading cross‑functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent oral and written communication skills, and solid computer skills including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and MS Outlook.
• Ability to motivate a team, utilizing strong organizational, planning, and decision‑making skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe working environment and promote positive safety behaviors.
• Assign and coordinate work to maximize productivity and production schedule; oversee day‑to‑day operations and personnel actions.
• Manage investigations of after‑shipment customer requests with timely, accurate responses.
• Develop metrics for manufacturing conformance and drive continuous improvement with regular reports to management.
