Responsibilities
  • Maintain a safe working environment; demonstrate positive safety behaviors and attitudes.
  • Assign and coordinate work to maximize productivity and attain production schedule. Oversee day‑to‑day operations, including authority for personnel actions. Maintain and enhance employee qualifications, identify training needs, and address qualification gaps.
  • Manage and coordinate investigation of after‑shipment requests from customers, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Develop metrics to assess manufacturing conformance, including supplier documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy. Drive improvement of the metrics. Prepare necessary reports and provide regular feedback to management.
