You will lead a team of QA Documentation Specialists, prepare and control valve documentation, and coordinate ASME and National Board certifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required and relevant QA background preferred.
• Experience supervising a team and coordinating documentation processes in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with QA manuals, procedures, and documentation control.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of QA Documentation Specialists and onboard new employees.
• Prepare valve documentation packages following QA program, customer PO, drawings and specifications, and procedures.
• Identify and communicate issues to Contracts and Engineering to prevent delays in shipping.
• Create, edit, and distribute QA procedures, welding/NDE procedures, inspection and calibration instructions, and training programs.
• Coordinate ASME and National Board certification activities for Emerson products.
• Prepare and track valve certification renewals; verify UV stamped nameplates for capacity before shipment.
• Ensure QA processes are completed and coverage maintained during workload fluctuations.
• Report performance concerns and resourcing needs to the QA Manager.
