Job summary

Emerson Mansfield is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to review and verify technical records, ensure ASME code compliance, and prepare documentation packages that confirm customers receive exactly what they ordered.

You will collaborate with multiple departments and suppliers to address deficiencies, approve supplier documentation, and maintain QA record storage while supporting continuous improvement in a precision manufacturing environment for safety-critical valves.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Process oriented with focus on continuous improvement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify technical document records to ensure they are in compliance with ASME code and internal quality control assurance requirements.
• Review and approve special process documentation by comparing the detailed requirements of the procedures to the ASME code and internal quality assurance specifications.
• Communicate on a timely basis with various departments within the organization regarding deficiencies and corrective actions required.
• Contact suppliers on documentation certificate deficiencies by clarifying requirements and recommending corrective actions.
• Review and approve supplier documentation to ensure that all purchased material, equipment and services confirm to procurement specifications.
• Maintain alignment with quality assurance record storage and archival procedures.
