Snackruptors Inc. is seeking a QA Documentation Associate to manage QA documentation, Palm Oil Tracker, audits, and record-keeping across shifts. You will ensure documents are complete, review COAs, and support internal/external audits.

Must collaborate in multidisciplinary teams and maintain compliance with GMP and HACCP guidelines. Candidates should have a business or food science background, proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail in a fast-paced

Qualificações

• Educational background in business/food science preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good math skills and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure all documents from each production run are accounted for during each shift.
• Create a package containing processing documents from mixing to final packaging.
• Verify submitted documentation is clear, concise, correct and complete.
• Mark corrections and identify responsible parties.
• Track reports and deviations and prepare a monthly summary to trend findings.
• Support audits, traceability, BRC/IFS, and HACCP verifications.
• Maintain Palm Oil Tracker and review Certificates of Analysis against specs.
