Job summary

System One is seeking a Document Controller in Indianapolis, IN for a contract role onsite. You will own end-to-end document control for QA documentation, ensuring compliance with GxP and regulatory expectations.

You must have 4+ years in regulated environments and hands-on Veeva QualityDocs experience, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to work independently across functions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in document control within a regulated (GxP) environment.
• Hands-on experience managing controlled documents using Veeva QualityDocs.
• Experience supporting inspections, audits, and regulatory reviews.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Owns and manages end-to-end document control lifecycle for QA documentation.
• Provides SME on document control standards to QA and cross-functional partners.
• Reviews QA documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Leads periodic review and gap assessment activities.
• Coordinates document routing through review and approval workflows.
• Maintains controlled document repositories for traceability and accessibility.
• Tracks and reports documentation status to QA Operations leadership.
• Supports inspection readiness and alignment with site practices.
• Partners with stakeholders on documentation strategies for changes.
• Identifies opportunities to improve document control efficiency and compliance.
