Job summary

V-Soft Consulting Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior QA Director to lead quality assurance across our enterprise client in Houston. You will define QA strategy, oversee end-to-end testing, and mentor a growing team of QA engineers.

The role requires deep experience with D365, SFCC/Adobe Commerce, agile processes, and strong communication to align business, development, and product teams for high-quality releases.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of QA experience with at least 3 years in a QA Lead.
• Experience testing Payment Systems is preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) or Adobe Commerce is a plus.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, defect management, and test management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end QA activities across enterprise applications.
• Lead testing efforts across functional, integration, regression, and UAT phases.
• Provide technical leadership and make quality-related decisions independently.
• Define and execute QA strategy, test planning, regression testing, and release validation.

V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a QA Director for our premier client in Houston, Texas.

Education And Experience

• 8+ years of QA experience with at least 3 years in a QA Lead
• Experience testing Payment Systems is preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) or Adobe Commerce is a plus.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, defect management, and test management tools.

Knowledge And Skills

• Strong understanding of enterprise business processes and end-to-end testing.
• Strong hands-on QA experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).

Leadership Expectations

• Ability to contribute immediately with minimal or no knowledge transfer.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management skills.
