Job summary

Dal-Tile Corp. is seeking a QA Automation Architect to design and implement enterprise-wide automation frameworks and quality engineering solutions across applications and platforms.

You will lead automation initiatives, mentor QA automation engineers, integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to raise quality and release reliability. Located in Dallas, this role requires strong programming skills and experience with modern automation tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of QA and test automation experience.
• 3+ years in an automation architecture or technical leadership role.
• Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Tosca, or UFT.
• Strong programming/scripting experience in Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
• Strong understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Experience with Jira or other test and defect management tools.

Responsibilities

The QA Automation Architect is responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-wide automation frameworks and quality engineering solutions. This role partners with QA, Development, DevOps, and business teams to improve software quality, test efficiency, and release reliability across enterprise applications and platforms.

• This role does NOT provide current or future sponsorship assistance.
• Please note that we will NOT provide relocation assistance (Candidates are expected to relocate on own 3 weeks from time of offer acceptance).
• Employees are required to report in office 4 days a week / 7834 CF Hawn Freeway | Dallas, Texas 75217 (NO NEGOTIATION).
• This is a direct hire role; We are NOT open to employing through contractor or agency.
