Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is required.
• Experience in Quality Assurance, administrative, or compliance roles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with good time management and reliability.
• Basic knowledge of ASME and API codes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Input and manage data for Quality Assurance and maintain filing systems.
• Register code vessels with The National Board through an inspection company.
• Format and track Word and Excel documents per policy.
• Learn and navigate internal software systems.
• Support supervisors and managers in meeting deadlines with accuracy.
