Job summary

B Positive Plasma LLC is seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator to support the QA Manager and Center Manager in maintaining product integrity and donor safety. The role follows FDA/state guidelines and SOPs to ensure compliant operations and accurate documentation across collection, processing, and shipping.

You will handle QA reviews, organize inventory, operate QC instruments, and assist with training while ensuring adherence to cGMP and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred in related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of QA concepts, FDA/state guidelines and cGMP is a plus.
• Experience with inventory, documentation, and quality checks is beneficial.
• Ability to train staff and work cross-functionally in a regulated setting.

Responsibilities

• Organize product in storage freezer and maintain freezer organization.
• Perform QA review of product before shipping to the consignee.
• Operate and maintain instruments for QC, storage, and FIFO release.
• Document operational activities and maintenance as needed.
• Support QA Manager and Center Manager with training and coaching.
