B Positive Plasma LLC is seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator to ensure product integrity and donor safety under FDA/state regulations and SOPs. This role collaborates with the QA Manager, Center Manager, and Director to uphold quality standards across operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, organizational skills, and experience with regulatory guidelines (OSHA, CLIA, cGMP). Travel up to 25 miles for training may be required.

Formación

• High School Diploma required; higher degrees preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication required.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to adhere to SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
• Proactive in training and coaching team members.

Responsabilidades

• Organize product in storage freezer ensuring proper FIFO storage.
• Perform QA review of products before shipment to consignee.
• Operate, maintain instruments for quality control and storage of donor samples.
• Document maintenance and operational activities as needed.
• Support QA Manager and Center Manager to ensure SOP compliance.
• Oversee destruction of unsuitable units and quarantine of unacceptable samples.
• Release and ship biohazardous waste per procedure.
• Conduct on-site internal audits and quality checks.
• Assist with staff training and counseling as needed.
• Manage inventory receipts and qualification of supplies.
• Ensure supplies are used in FIFO order and approve new lots.
• Coordinate shipment of samples to testing lab and packing/shipping paperwork.
