B Positive Plasma - Atlantic City is seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator to support the QA Manager and Center Manager in ensuring FDA and state regulatory compliance, SOP adherence, and product integrity for donor plasma. This role involves QA reviews, instrument maintenance, audits, and training support at the Atlantic City center.

The coordinator will ensure proper storage, documentation, and release of products, while coordinating with operations to maintain quality across all processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain storage freezer organization.
• Perform QA review of products prior to shipment.
• Set up, operate, and maintain QA instruments and controls.
• Maintain instruments and equipment used for processing and storage of donor samples and products.
• Document operational and maintenance activities.
• Assist QA Manager and Center Manager with training and audits.
• Oversee release and disposal of unsuitable units and biohazard waste.
• Pack and ship samples to the testing lab.
• Travel up to 25 miles for training or coverage.
