Job summary

Octapharma Plasma, Inc. is expanding its Center Quality Manager I role in the United States. The position focuses on independent QA compliance, donor safety, and product quality across plasma centers.

You will lead audits, CAPAs, and training programs to ensure adherence to GMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements. Ideal candidates will have a B.S. degree and at least one year in QA, with a working knowledge of QMS and quality-control processes, and be prepared to work in a fast-paced donation

Qualifications

• B.S. degree preferred; other combinations of education and experience may be considered.
• One year of QA experience required.
• Experience with quality management systems (QMS) and quality control processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate independent of plasma center Operations to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
• Maintain current knowledge of regulations affecting plasma collection and donor safety.
• Lead audits and respond to findings, ensuring timely corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Operations to ensure product quality and donor safety.
• Oversee QC processes including donor screening, collection, storage, and shipping.
