Octapharma Plasma in Florida is seeking a Center Quality Manager I to join the plasma center management team. You will ensure all activities related to plasma collection, donor eligibility, and product quality comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.

You will lead QA processes, audits, CAPAs, training, and continuous improvement, and act as QA trainer for backup staff. The role requires strong regulatory knowledge and commitment to donor safety.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a Quality Assurance role.
• Experience with quality management systems (QMS) and quality control processes preferred.
• BS degree or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
• Maintain current knowledge of regulations affecting plasma collection.
• Lead audits and inspections; develop audit responses.
• Oversee QA training and backup staff development.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions.
