Job summary

Nestvillage LLC is seeking a QA and Compliance Manager to oversee staff training, incident reporting, CAPs, and internal audits across our Arizona service locations. You will ensure compliance with DDD requirements and coordinate responses for inspections and monitoring visits.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in quality assurance, compliance, or program management within Arizona DDD or similar settings.
• Experience preparing DDD incident reports and responding to fact-finding requests and CAPs.
• Ability to obtain or maintain AZ Level I Fingerprint Clearance Card and related requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor compliance requirements across Nestvillage locations and programs.
• Oversee staff training, incident documentation, and responses to DDD requests.
• Develop and coordinate corrective action plans with leadership approval and follow-up.
• Conduct internal audits of records, training, medications, and inspection readiness.
• Maintain SOPs and ensure current versions are accessible to staff.
• Support regulatory monitoring visits and licensing inspections.
• Track Behavior Treatment Plan approvals, expiration dates, and staff training status.
• Maintain a compliant log of DDD requests, deadlines, and actions.
• Collaborate with CEO, Directors, HR, and field staff.
