Qualifications

• Two years minimum experience in quality assurance, compliance, or program management in a related setting.
• Experience preparing DDD incident reports and responding to fact-finding requests and CAPs.
• Ability to obtain Arizona Level I Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staff training and ensure training records are accurate and up to date.
• Prepare incident documentation and respond to DDD reporting systems within deadlines.
