MillenniumSoft Inc in Sparks, MD is seeking an entry-level Quality Assurance Complaints Handling Specialist for a 6-month contract. The role is 40 hours per week, first shift, with a pay rate of $20-$25 per hour.

Under the direction of the PMQ Field Action Manager, you will interact with customers to provide information, process inquiries, and support recall actions while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or associate degree required.
• Experience with medical device or healthcare customer support preferred.
• Ability to handle inquiries and process information accurately.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with customers to respond to inquiries and requests.
• Create case records for complex scenarios and follow up.
• Coordinate with Quality Team on complaints and replacement shipments.
• Maintain and update customer information in systems.
