Job summary

You’ll mentor teammates, refactor test suites, and align quality gates with product goals, performance targets, and security considerations in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of QA testing experience.
• Strong analytical and debugging skills.
• Familiarity with Java or Python to write test scripts.
• Experience with test automation for frontend (React), backend (Laravel/PHP/REST API) and mobile apps (iOS SWIFT and Android Kotlin).
• Exposure to performance/load testing tools (e.g., Artillery, k6, JMeter) is a plus.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams is a plus.
• Knowledge of containerized environment (Docker) and Kubernetes is a plus.
• Familiarity with Laravel internals or testing Eloquent models, middleware and controllers is a plus.

Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced QA Automation Lead/DevOps to spearhead our test automation strategy across our modern Laravel (PHP) and React stack. You’ll lead a team of quality engineers to design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks and tools that ensure product reliability, performance, and a seamless user experience.

This is a hands-on leadership role that balances technical execution with team mentorship and strategy, helping to embed quality into every stage of our CI/CD pipeline.
