Job summary

In this hands-on role you will mentor engineers, embed QA into CI/CD, and collaborate with DevOps and product teams to raise quality standards across the software lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of QA testing experience and leadership experience.
• Proficient in designing and maintaining test automation frameworks.
• Experience with frontend (React) and backend (Laravel/PHP/REST API) testing.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end, integration, API, and UI test automation using Playwright and REST Assured.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps to define test plans and CI/CD gates.
• Own and evolve the test automation architecture and strategy.
• Conduct code reviews and establish best practices for test development.
• Ensure coverage, traceability, and documentation of test cases and defects.
• Advocate for shift-left QA throughout the development lifecycle.
