Job summary

EarthCam is seeking an experienced QA Automation Lead/DevOps to spearhead test automation across a Laravel (PHP) and React stack. You will lead a team of QA engineers to design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks, ensuring reliability, performance, and a seamless user experience within our CI/CD pipeline.

You will design end-to-end test strategies, guide automation architecture, and collaborate across product, development, and DevOps to embed quality in every stage of development.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance testing.
• Strong analytical and debugging skills.
• Familiarity with Java or Python to write test scripts.
• Experience with test automation framework for frontend (React), backend (Laravel/PHP/REST API) and Mobile apps (iOS Swift and Android Kotlin).
• Exposure to performance/load testing tools is a plus.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum teams is a plus.
• Knowledge of containerized environments (Docker) and Kubernetes is a plus.

We are seeking an experienced QA Automation Lead/DevOps to spearhead our test automation strategy across our modern Laravel (PHP) and React stack. You'll lead a team of quality engineers to design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks and tools that ensure product reliability, performance, and a seamless user experience. This is a hands‑on leadership role that balances technical execution with team mentorship and strategy, helping to embed quality into every stage of our CI/CD pipeline.

Requirements

• Experience with test automation framework for both frontend (React), backend (Laravel/PHP/REST API) and Mobile apps (iOS SWIFT and Android Kotlin) preferred
• Exposure to performance/load testing tools (e.g., Artillery, k6, JMeter or similar) is a plus
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams is a plus
• Knowledge of containerized environment (Docker) and Kubernetes is a plus
• Familiarity with Laravel internals or testing Eloquent models, middleware and controllers is a plus
