Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company seeks a QA Automation Engineer to contribute to automated testing of web and API layers. You will develop test scripts in Java, participate in CI processes, and work with developers, product managers, and the Scrum team to validate requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on automated test coding experience using Java (or development experience with C++ or C#).

Responsibilities

• Participates in QA activities such as test case, requirements and design reviews.
• Develops automated test scripts to validate functional, technical, and performance requirements.
• Collaborates with developers, shared services, and product managers to define automation components.
• Develops automated tests for Web Front end and microservice architecture using Java.
• Runs validations at DB, rules, logging, reporting, and UI levels.
• Assists with Scrum team estimation of stories and CI-related effort.
• Contributes to cross-functional teamwork within the Agile lifecycle.
