Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, seeks an experienced automated QA engineer to develop and execute automated test scripts for web front-end and microservice architectures. You will collaborate with developers and product teams to define testing components and drive CI/CD integration within an Agile environment.

The role requires Java testing experience (2+ years), knowledge of Serenity/Cucumber, REST/SOAP APIs, and SQL, with frontend JavaScript exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on automated test coding in Java (or development with C++/C#).
• Experience with CI/CD, Cucumber, Java frameworks (Spring, Springboot).
• Experience with Serenity and/or Cucumber; REST/SOAP APIs; SQL.
• Front-end development experience with JavaScript frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop automated test scripts to validate functional, technical, and performance requirements.
• Collaborate with developers, shared services, and product managers to define testing components.
• Drive test automation techniques and participate in Agile testing within the Scrum framework.
• Develop and execute tests for Web Front end and microservice architectures.
• Support test planning, scheduling, and CI integration; assist with story estimation.
