Job summary

Mi-Case is seeking a Quality Assurance Automation Lead in the United States to define the automation strategy and lead the team in building scalable automation. You will own the automation and load testing frameworks, driving continuous improvement and integrating AI-assisted tools to maximize coverage and efficiency.

The role requires 5+ years in QA automation, strong leadership, and experience with Playwright or Selenium, Postman, and REST Assured. Bachelor's in CS and ISTQB are preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of QA methodology, testing types, and quality engineering across the SDLC.
• Hands-on automation experience with modern frameworks (Playwright preferred; Selenium acceptable) including CI/CD.
• Experience leading load and performance testing initiatives with tool selection and design.

Responsibilities

• Own the automation test framework architecture and its continuous improvement.
• Lead load testing framework design and roadmap; prioritize automation candidates.
• Mentor automation engineers on framework usage, best practices, and AI-assisted testing.
• Design automated test suites integrated with CI/CD for ongoing quality validation.
• Collaborate with project teams to resolve issues and produce clear, standards-aligned docs.
• Evaluate tests for ROI, risk, and frequency; map requirements to business needs.
