• Experience supporting Agile teams, utilizing tools like Jira or ServiceNow, and ensuring application quality across multiple releases.
• Candidates with government/public sector experience, accessibility testing (WCAG/Section 508), performance testing, and work in highly regulated environments are strongly preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders are essential.
