• Experience supporting web and mobile application testing.
• Familiarity with Git-based source control environments.
• Experience with defect tracking tools such as Jira or Azure Boards.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline.

Rather than stepping into a mature QA environment, the selected engineer will shape testing standards, define automation strategy, and influence how quality is measured across the software development lifecycle.
