Requirements

Must have:

• We require strong hands-on experience with Java, Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, and JUnit.
• We need practical expertise in API automation with REST Assured and Postman.
• We expect solid knowledge of SQL, database validation, and data verification techniques.
• We look for experience building and maintaining automation frameworks for web and API applications.
• We require familiarity with Jenkins, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum delivery methods.
• We need a background in functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• We value experience using JIRA for defect tracking and test management.
• Preferred qualifications include exposure to AWS or Azure testing, JMeter, Docker, Kubernetes, BDD with Cucumber, cloud-native applications, and microservices testing.
• A bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• We design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for web and API testing.
• We create and run automated test scripts covering functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end scenarios.
• We perform API testing and automation, including REST Assured and Postman-based validation.
• We verify application data through SQL queries and database testing methods.
• We identify, log, and monitor defects in JIRA.
• We integrate automated test suites into CI/CD workflows.
• We partner with developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and QA colleagues to support high-quality releases.
• We prepare test plans, execution summaries, quality dashboards, and automation metrics.
• We participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• We continuously enhance automation coverage, framework design, and testing practices.
• We troubleshoot automation issues and assist with release validation.
• We follow enterprise quality assurance standards and best practices.
