Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks from scratch using Playwright and TypeScript
• Implement UI, API, and end-to-end test automation strategies
• Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar)
• Define and implement test strategies, quality gates, and reporting metrics
• Drive AI-based QA initiatives, including test generation, optimization, and self-healing tests
• Identify and resolve test flakiness and performance bottlenecks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders

  • Demonstrated ability building automation frameworks from scratch
  • Experience with UI automation and API testing
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD integration and DevOps practices
  • Experience with AI/ML in QA, including test generation, predictive analysis, or intelligent automation
  • Excellent debugging, problem‑solving, and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and client‑facing experience
• Preferred
  • Experience with Playwright MCP Server or AI‑based automation tools
  • Insurance or regulated domain experience
