Job summary

Veriipro is seeking a QA Automation Engineer with 4+ years of software quality engineering and test automation experience. The ideal candidate will work with Playwright, TypeScript/JavaScript, API testing, and modern CI/CD in cloud environments, including AWS and Azure. Mobile test automation is also part of the role.

You'll design and maintain automated tests for web apps and APIs, collaborate with developers and QA teams, and help raise product quality through comprehensive test coverage.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in QA, Quality Engineering, or Test Automation.
• Strong hands-on experience with Playwright for web UI, API, and component testing.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and/or JavaScript.
• Experience with Azure DevOps (Pipelines, Test Plans) and/or GitHub Actions and pull request checks.
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Practical experience with AWS and Azure cloud environments.
• Experience with mobile test automation using at least one of: Appium, Detox, Espresso, or XCTest.
• Strong understanding of API testing, including REST and/or GraphQL.
• Experience with contract testing, preferably Pact.
• Familiarity with BrowserStack or Sauce Labs for cross-browser and device testing.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and quality engineering practices.
