Valsoft Corporation’s Flexigrant QA team is seeking a hands-on QA Analyst to own quality across the product. You will design manual tests, build automated tests, and collaborate with developers and a Product Manager to refine requirements into testable criteria.

This remote-first role embraces AI-assisted testing using Claude or GitHub Copilot daily to speed delivery, with a strong emphasis on exploratory, API, SQL testing and a culture of continuous improvement.

Formación

• 4+ years in a software QA or testing role in Agile
• Strong manual testing across devices and browsers
• Experience with Selenium or Cypress
• API testing experience with Postman and SQL knowledge
• Ability to translate meetings into test cases
• Experience with version control and CI/CD
• Daily use of AI tools (Claude or Copilot) with critical judgment
• Detail-oriented with strong time management
• Collaborative communicator with developers and product teams
• ISTQB/BCS or related certifications desirable

Responsabilidades

• plan, design and run manual testing across Flexigrant, including exploratory, functional, regression and edge-case testing.
• build and maintain automated tests and help grow automated test coverage.
• work with developers and the Product Manager to refine requirements and turn into acceptance criteria.
• reproduce and document issues clearly, giving actionable feedback.
• carry out API testing and use SQL to validate data.
• support releases each sprint, balancing planned testing with reactive support, and participate in sprint ceremonies.
• use AI tooling as a core part of daily workflow to improve testing processes.
• share product knowledge across the team and help improve QA processes.
