Productiv Team is seeking a proactive QA Engineer to support the SDLC for a fast-moving product track. You will work closely with developers, product teams, and QA leadership in a remote, full-time capacity, bringing AI fluency to testing.

The role emphasizes adaptability, curiosity, and the ability to design scalable test assets using AI-assisted tools, with focus on API and web UI testing, and collaboration across the team to improve quality metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience in software QA, testing or software development.
• Proficiency with one or more programming languages (JavaScript, Python, Java, C#, TypeScript).
• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (Cypress, Playwright).
• Ability to work with AI coding assistants and produce production-ready output.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to quality processes across planning, development, and release stages of the SDLC.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to design, generate, validate, and maintain test assets at scale.
• Review AI-generated test output before it enters the repo, catching false positives, coverage gaps, and brittle assertions.
• Collaborate with developers, product teams, and QA leadership to define quality standards and communicate risk clearly.
• Think beyond local scripts; design test solutions that scale from 10 to 10,000 and consider architecture implications.
• Adapt QA processes quickly in response to a changing product environment.
