Job summary

Uline, Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI, is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure our websites deliver a seamless, reliable experience for customers and employees. You will partner with teams to execute testing strategies and identify improvements that enhance the user experience at scale.

Responsibilities include functional, system, integration, regression and UAT testing across web, desktop and backend apps, building test plans with Azure DevOps, and supporting testing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of software and web quality assurance testing experience.
• Ability to coordinate test environments and test data for all planned testing.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps (TFS) and automated testing tools preferred.
• Experience with SQL, Postman, Kibana and DBeaver a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional, system, integration, regression and user acceptance testing (UAT) for web, desktop and backend applications to deliver reliable software.
• Create and execute test plans, test cases and test scripts using Microsoft Azure DevOps (TFS).
• Support testing across eCommerce and mobile platforms for Uline's U.S., Canada and Mexico websites.
• Partner with developers, business teams and vendors to identify, troubleshoot and resolve software issues in an Agile environment.
• Track performance and recommend improvements to QA processes and tools that increase testing efficiency and software quality.
