Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a quality assurance tester to perform functional, system, integration, regression and UAT testing across web, desktop and backend applications. You will create and execute test plans using Azure DevOps (TFS) and collaborate with developers, business teams and vendors in an Agile environment.

The role supports testing across eCommerce and mobile platforms for Uline’s U.S., Canada and Mexico sites.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
2+ years of software and web QA testing experience.
Ability to coordinate test environments and test data for planned testing.
Familiarity with Azure DevOps (TFS) and automated testing tools.
Experience with SQL, Postman, Kibana and DBeaver is a plus.
Must work on-site.

Responsibilities

Perform functional, system, integration, regression and user acceptance testing for web, desktop and backend applications
Create and execute test plans, test cases and test scripts using Microsoft Azure DevOps (TFS)
Support testing across eCommerce and mobile platforms for Uline’s U.S., Canada and Mexico websites
Partner with developers, business teams and vendors to identify, troubleshoot and resolve software issues in an Agile environment
Track performance and recommend improvements to QA processes and tools that increase testing efficiency and software quality
