Uline, a family-owned company, seeks a Quality Assurance Analyst at our corporate headquarters in Wisconsin. You will partner with teams to execute testing strategies and ensure our websites deliver a seamless, reliable experience for customers and employees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder with 2+ years in software and web QA testing.
• Able to coordinate test environments and test data for planned testing.
• Familiar with Azure DevOps (TFS); automated testing tools preferred; SQL, Postman, Kibana, DBeaver a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional, system, integration, regression and user acceptance testing (UAT) for web, desktop and backend applications to deliver reliable software.
• Create and execute test plans, test cases and test scripts using Microsoft Azure DevOps (TFS).
• Support testing across eCommerce and mobile platforms for Uline's U.S., Canada and Mexico websites.
• Partner with developers, business teams and vendors to identify, troubleshoot and resolve software issues in an Agile environment.
• Track performance and recommend improvements to QA processes and tools that increase testing efficiency and software quality.
