Job summary

Uline, Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI, is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to help power our leading e-commerce operations. You will partner with teams to execute testing strategies and identify improvements that enhance the user experience at scale.

Perform functional, system, integration, regression and UAT testing across web, desktop and backend platforms and create test plans using Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of software and web quality assurance testing experience.
• Familiarity with Microsoft’s Azure DevOps (TFS) and automated testing tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional, system, integration, regression and user acceptance testing (UAT) for web, desktop and backend applications to deliver reliable software.
• Create and execute test plans, test cases and test scripts using Microsoft Azure DevOps (TFS).
• Support testing across eCommerce and mobile platforms for Uline’s U.S., Canada and Mexico websites.
• Partner with developers, business teams and vendors to identify, troubleshoot and resolve software issues in an Agile environment.
• Track performance and recommend improvements to QA processes and tools that increase testing efficiency and software quality.
