Job summary

Uline, a family-owned company, is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst at its Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI. You will help power one of the nation’s largest e-commerce operations, partnering with cross-functional teams to test web, desktop and backend applications for reliability and scalability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of software and web quality assurance testing experience.
• Ability to coordinate test environments and test data.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps (TFS) and automated testing tools preferred.
• Experience with SQL, Postman, Kibana and DBeaver a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional, system, integration, regression and UAT testing for web, desktop and backend applications.
• Create and execute test plans, test cases and test scripts using Microsoft Azure DevOps (TFS).
• Support testing across eCommerce and mobile platforms for Uline's U.S., Canada and Mexico websites.
• Partner with developers, business teams and vendors to identify, troubleshoot and resolve software issues in an Agile environment.
• Track performance and recommend improvements to QA processes and tools.
