Job summary

UNIFIN is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to review and evaluate core business processes for Regulation E compliance. You will partner with management and business units to remediate issues and verify corrective actions.

Daily work includes data extraction and validation for management reporting, call listening, ticket scoring, trend analysis, and reporting to senior leadership. You will support training and calibration sessions to strengthen regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of work experience in compliance, risk management, customer service, or banking operations.
• Dispute call-center QA experience and Regulation E familiarity preferred.
• Ability to understand complex information to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Knowledge of financial and banking laws and regulations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; experience with Teradata, Oracle, or SQL Server is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Extract, clean, transform, and validate data for management reporting related to Regulation E.
• Score dispute cases and customer tickets against QA standards.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly sample testing including call listening and case reviews.
• Identify trends and propose process improvements.
• Provide reporting and status updates to senior management.
• Support training and calibration sessions as needed.
