Job summary

Symetra seeks a Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure transactions meet regulatory and quality standards while adhering to published procedures. You will review financial and non-financial interactions, document results, and provide feedback to management.

You will also develop training materials, serve as SME for procedures, participate in projects, and cross-train within the Quality group to provide coverage across areas. The role offers flexible full-time or hybrid telecommuting arrangements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of cumulative, relevant QA experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Ability to review transactions and document results with feedback to management.

Responsibilities

• Review financial and non-financial transactions; document results and provide feedback.
• Develop trend analysis to inform management and staff.
• Provide SME support for procedure documentation and training.
• Participate in projects and audits; generate reports and reviews.
