Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on software testing experience.
• Experience creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies and best practices.
• Experience with functional, integration, UAT, and end-to-end testing.
• Experience testing financial transactions, calculations, data integrity, or complex business rules.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Zephyr.

Responsibilities

• Review business requirements, use cases, and functional specs to understand testing scope.
• Create detailed test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios.
• Execute manual functional, integration, UAT, and end-to-end testing.
• Validate development deliverables against business requirements and expected functionality.
• Test loyalty program functionality including points, tiers, rewards, and milestones.
• Perform API testing using Postman or Insomnia.
• Identify, document, track, and retest defects through resolution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and execute UAT.
• Help establish QA processes and best practices.
