Job summary

Qualifications
- 1+ years of technical or software-adjacent experience.
- Experience authoring and QAing AI-driven automations against defined healthcare workflows.
- Fast ramp-up time within a few days of joining.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable with high-volume, repetitive task execution.
- Experience with GitHub, Slack, and JIRA.
Responsibilities
- Provide support and documentation.
- Execute detailed and high-volume, repetitive automation tasks with accuracy.
- Contribute to continuous improvements of core applications and internal tooling.
- Create structured technical and process documentation.
