Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a QA/Support Engineer to author and QA AI-driven automations against healthcare workflows and maintain technical documentation. This 3-month contract requires a fast ramp-up and attention to detail, with collaboration across product, engineering, and QA teams using GitHub, Slack, and JIRA.

You will provide support, execute high-volume automation tasks, and contribute to tooling improvements to optimize customer and team workflows.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of technical or software-adjacent experience.
• Experience authoring and QAing AI-driven automations against healthcare workflows.
• Fast ramp-up within a few days of joining.
• Detail-oriented with ability to handle high-volume, repetitive tasks.
• Experience with GitHub, Slack, and JIRA in a remote collaboration environment.
• Strong software engineering foundation and ownership mindset.
• Authorized to work in the US with no visa sponsorship.
