Salary Range: $75,000 - $80,000 + Excellent Benefits + PTO

Bright Minds’ strong cultured and growing technology integration client is searching for a full-time Q-SYS Lead AV Technician who is passionate about commercial audio-visual systems and enjoys solving technical challenges in the field. This position supports the installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization of Q-SYS-based AV environments for Fortune 500, healthcare, banking, insurance, retail, and public sector clients throughout the Cincinnati market.

The Lead Q-SYS AV Technician will play a key role in ensuring conference rooms, executive briefing centers, training facilities, and collaboration spaces are fully operational and event-ready using next-generation AV technologies. We're seeking someone who takes pride in delivering an exceptional end-user experience and enjoys working hands-on with advanced AV systems.

Requirements for the Q-SYS Lead AV Technician:

• Hands-on experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Q-SYS systems (required)
• Commercial Audio-Visual installation and service experience
• Experience with AV components including DSPs, microphones, speakers, control systems, displays, and video conferencing technologies
• Ability to read drawings, schematics, and system documentation
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally to client sites
