Job summary

Eos Lightmedia is seeking a Q-SYS Programmer to lead AV control development across diverse museum, theme park, and immersive projects. The role involves concept through estimation, design, and implementation, including bid‑build scenarios, with emphasis on high reliability and user experience.

The ideal candidate will have deep Q-SYS expertise, strong knowledge of DMX, sACN, and AV over IP, and experience with media servers and common design tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in AV design or integration, preferably in museums/theme parks/immersive environments.
• Proven ability to interpret design intent and translate to functional control solutions.
• Strong knowledge of AV protocols: DMX, sACN, TCP/IP, UDP, AV over IP.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement control solutions and ensure reliability.
• Provide system architecture insight for improved performance and integration.
• Plan Q-SYS Designer files and UCI layouts per standards.
• Oversee installation, FAT/SAT, commissioning with Show System Architects and Network Engineers.
• Create programming documentation, flowcharts, schedules, and manuals.
• Provide end-user training and ongoing system updates.
