We are seeking a highly skilled Python Full Stack Engineer with proven experience in developing stock trading systems or financial platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in backend development with Python (preferably Django or Flask) and strong frontend skills, along with hands-on experience using AWS services including Lambda, API Gateway, S3, and DynamoDB.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain full stack financial applications with a focus on stock trading workflows, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.
• Develop RESTful APIs and microservices using Python frameworks such as Django or Flask.
• Architect serverless solutions on AWS leveraging Lambda, API Gateway, S3, and DynamoDB.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, DevOps, and QA to meet business and compliance requirements.
• Write well-tested, maintainable code and participate in code reviews and architectural decisions.
• Optimize application performance and support production environments with effective logging, monitoring, and CI/CD processes.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 9-10 years of experience in Python-based backend development.
• Strong background working with financial platforms or stock trading systems, including trade execution, market data, and order management components.
• Proficiency in AWS services, particularly:
• AWS Lambda for serverless compute
• API Gateway for managing APIs
• Amazon S3 for object storage
• DynamoDB for scalable NoSQL databases
• Solid frontend experience with React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and modern SDLC practices.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in fast-paced product teams.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

Nice to Have:

• Prior experience with real-time financial data feeds, FIX protocol, or trading algorithms.
• AWS certification (e.g., Developer Associate, Solutions Architect).
• Experience with message brokers like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and container orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes).
• Understanding of financial regulatory requirements and compliance needs.
