Position Summary

The Principal Engineer will lead the development of an innovative Agentic AI platform that utilizes our healthcare RCM data lakehouse to transform revenue cycle workflows through autonomous, intelligent agents.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and develop a scalable Agentic AI framework tailored for RCM workflows.
• Design autonomous agents capable of managing complex revenue cycle tasks such as denial management, contract analysis, and eligibility verification.
• Establish orchestration patterns for agent collaboration across various RCM business functions.
• Implement robust guardrails and validation mechanisms for AI decision-making in financial contexts.
• Build reusable components to accelerate agent development for new RCM use cases.
• Create specialized tools for training and fine-tuning AI models on healthcare financial data.
• Lead distributed engineering teams across onshore and offshore locations.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Proven experience in building production AI systems handling financial transactions.
• Deep expertise in LLM orchestration frameworks and agent architectures.
• Experience applying AI to structured financial workflows with explicit business rules.
• History of scaling complex software platforms across multiple business lines.
• Strong leadership in managing distributed development teams.
• Experience integrating systems with healthcare financial platforms.
• Advanced knowledge of LLM orchestration and RAG implementations.
• Experience with agent frameworks (AutoGPT, LangChain, etc.).
• Expertise in prompt engineering for specialized domains.
• Strong skills in software architecture focused on scalability and modularity.
• Ability to build systems that maintain context across multi-step workflows.
• Understanding healthcare data security requirements.

Special Considerations and Prerequisites

• 7-10 years’ full-stack development experience and 2 years’ experience developing Agentic AI.
