Job summary

Job description

Developer/Programmer Analyst 3 using Python and .NET technologies

Location: US Remote

• Designing, developing, and supporting workflow automation and intelligent automation solutions that improve business processes, reduce manual effort, automate decision-making, and integrate enterprise systems.
• Developing software solutions using Python and .NET technologies, including containerized and distributed applications utilizing Docker and Nomad.
• Using AI-assisted development practices, including prompt-driven code generation, code review, testing, and validation of AI-generated solutions.
• Experience building solutions using automation tools, preferably Power Platform systems.
• Building and consuming API's, integrating systems, troubleshooting complex issues, and producing technical documentation.
• Translating business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and secure automation solutions.
• Experience making sound judgment to work independently with limited technical direction on moderately complex assignments.
• Experience collaborating with non-technical stakeholders on technical solution evaluation or adoption.

• 2 Preferred Designing multi-agent, orchestration, or event-driven architectures.
• 2 Preferred Developing agentic infrastructure including retrieval systems, orchestration frameworks, and MCP integrations.
