Job summary

My3tech in Austin, TX is seeking an automation engineer to design, develop, and support workflow automation and intelligent automation solutions. You will work with Python and .NET, dockerized and distributed apps, and AI-assisted development practices to drive enterprise automation.

Responsibilities include building APIs, integrating systems, documenting solutions, and collaborating with non-technical stakeholders on technical evaluations or adoption of new automation technologies.

Qualifications

• Experience developing software solutions using Python and .NET technologies.
• Experience integrating systems with enterprise applications and APIs.
• Experience re-engineering manual workflows into automated workflow systems.
• Experience collaborating with non-technical stakeholders on technical solution evaluation or adoption.
• Experience developing workflows using tools such as Power Automate.
• Experience developing and optimizing prompts, instructions, and grounding strategies for AI systems.
• Experience using AI-assisted development practices including prompt-driven programming and validation.
• Experience building complex Power Platform solutions leveraging Power Automate, Power Apps, or Copilot Studio.
• Experience designing multi-agent, orchestration, or event-driven architectures.
• Experience developing agentic infrastructure including retrieval systems, orchestration frameworks, and MCP integrations.
